Shown is a Soviet made polyphase watt hour meter from Belarus. It has a 1987 date on the nameplate. The entire case is made of bakelite and seems quite fragile as was evident when it arrived. The bakelite terminal cover was broken due to the meticulous care and gentle handing of the postal system. It was repairable. The rest of the meter is in very good condition. It even has wiring instructions included. I can't read cyrillic, but I love the way the fonts look.
