Here is an old pole from the 1920's on a 4.8kV distribution line in the city of Waterbury, Connecticut, boasting a triple-J bracket and some Whitall Tatum 5 insulators. The insulators and bracket once held a secondary service drop, but the secondary has since been converted into a triplex.
