CD 158 Boston Bottle Works in the wide groove [020] version. Inner skirt embossed BOSTON BOTTLE WORKS – PATENT APPLIED FOR -- Color is a pretty light blue aqua and it has a cool milky streak through the dome, swooping down to scrawl a 'W' in the skirt, then winding back up to the dome again.

Condition – inner skirt chip gets 'NT APPLIED' in the embossing. There is a very small, shallow nick on one of the dome corners about 4mm or 3/16". It's on the same side as the inner skirt chip so this piece will display exceptionally well. I'll say the rest of the insulator is VVNM, although I don't see anything else.
