I recently picked up this CD 162, and I'm have difficulty figuring out the EIN. The rear skirt has "PETTICOAT". I have it narrowed down to what I think would be a [070] or [080], but then I'm stuck. I don't know enough to be able to identify a "smooth base mold, transition style embarrassing". I've compared it to some other CD 162 H.G.CO's i have, and it is definitely different looking.

If someone can school me in embossing styles, I would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully this picture is enough detail?

Answers: I got several informative responses, thanks. They all agreed on what makes an embossing transition style, but got several different opions on which one this insulator is. I'll carry it to the Springfield show to get some more hands on opions.
