This is the Armstrong CD 155 salesman sample insulator. Glass is crystal clear. The pedestal reads: "Armstrong's WHITALL TATUM COMMUNICATION INSULATORS". Smooth base. There are a couple pecks on the dome, one on the upper wire ridge and one on the pedestal. VNM condition. Neat piece... very hard to find. Asking $350.
