first one of these I've seen before. Might indicate Sediver origins. Vifosa was the factory bought out by Sediver in Brazil so its quite likely designating the insulator as no longer coming from Europe because EIV is an abbreviation in French for European Glass Factory (former French Company that has changed hands multiple times in recent years).
