We recently purchased a small collection from a guy that collected his insulators mostly off of poles in the Southern California desert country and nearby areas. He had 31 Maydwell milks in his collection and several of them, to me, are standout pieces. Here is a shot of two of the darkest green milks I have ever seen. The one on the left has incredible caramel swirls to boot. My questions - Is something this dark still considered to be a green tint when talking about milk glass or should this be considered a new color - say jade or jade milk? Is color this dark common to Maydwell milks?

It looks jade to me but I don't have a lot of experience with milk glass so I'm throwing it out there for comments.

I've included a standard white milk glass in the pic for comparison.

Thanks to everyone for the answers. The concensus is that is cosidered a green tint, a really fine example, but still a green tint, rather than a different color.
