Here is a shot of the hydroelectric plant in the last years before NSP finally cleaned up the site - at this time, the 4kV circuits seen descending into the plant were fed from a big 13.8 / 4kV transformer at the plant, and the (soon to be relocated) Weber Ave. sub is visible to the right. In the years since this picture was taken, the 23.9kV and 4kV circuits that originated from this area have since been replaced with 13.8kV.
