Leaning line

Sorry for the bad picture - coulda sworn I had taken a duplicate shot. An EF1 tornado was spawned out of the storm that raked across eastern SD / southern MN on 7/1/11 and hit this town, leaving this line in bad shape (but apparently still live). The pole leaning the most was repaired by stubbing and the others were apparently just straightened up and the pole holes re-filled. Incidentally, the upper arm is 7200V delta and the lower is the main 23.9kV transmission line for the area - a VERY unusual arrangement.
