don't know much about this configuration . The pole is located in the parking lot at aWendy's restaurant in Manchester Tennessee. Can someone out there tell me why the lines just stop .Thanks to Douglas Moody and Mike Parker I can add the following info; The pole is a dead end transformer pole, three phase bank to feed local business (Wendy's). Another business may have a high power load like machinery since it takes all three banks. Lines stop because there is no reason to go elsewhere.
