The one on the left is a new variation of a single groove LRI. I picked this one up at the Great Mid-Ohio show, just held in Springfield, Ohio. This one is a piece I picked up for the olive streaks in it. On Saturday a sharp eyed buyer found one of these, and offered it up for bids. I put in a bid, and was not the buyer. Getting into my hotel room later Saturday, I looked into a box of 30-40 LRIs that I had purchased, and sure enough, right on top sits my own version of the 'new find'. Nice! The difference, is the slot up above the tie wire hole. This would allow the small tie wire to wrap above the hole, and not damage the glass. Maybe minor, but a welcome addition to my shelf.
