Worlds Smallest Drips? (for Hemingray)

I haven't seen anything like this on any Hemingray insulator. The drips are fully formed, but look how small and widely spaced they are! If this was an underpour, the drips might be smaller, but this wouldn't change the spacing. These look more like tiny widely spaced sharp drips on a McLaughlin! Photo is a CD 133 H.G.CO. in Aqua with bubbles.
