Don't think this is technically an error. It is more a not so good blotout done by Hemingray. As you can see the N of No and the 5 of 50 are very easily seen between the MADE IN and the IN U.S.A.. I've loaded this in case there are not any pics of this 070 elsewhere in anyother of Icon's vast collection of pictures.
