Of the many telegraph instruments I gave collected, this is probably my favorite. It is a civil war era KOB (Key on Base) with a camelback key and a box relay. Mfr is unknown. The relay was installed in the box to amplify the sound so a separate sounder was not necessary except in very noisy locations.
