This morning, instead of taking the quick route to the show from the hotel past fast food joints, strip malls and tattoo parlors, I decided I'd go a few blocks out of my way and swing through downtown Columbia City. What a great surprise to find this awesome building, the Whitley County Courthouse, in the center of town. It is immaculately kept and the limestone looked great in the morning sun.
