Here is a cutout pole with a dozen EIV bells and three Kearney cutouts. This pole probably dates from sometime around 1966, as the bells are dated 1966. The 6" EIV bells are not as common around here as the 10", but were used someone frequently for what looks to be a brief period of time. Many have succumbed to attrition by pole replacement over the years, but there are still a good number of them in use. 2/28/2010. St. Louis County, MO.
