This is a sign that I pulled out of service about 1982. Those were the days! Washington Water Power had some of the neatest signage. This is the "Evil" Reddy.... he was changed to a more gleeful character after Japan was bombed and "Nuclear" and "Mighty Atom" were hard sells.
