It's been a while since I studied the Civil War, but clearly the Indians did not like Confederate Army insulators. What, you say? CSA does not stand for Confederate States of America?

Okay, this picture will not make a whole lot of sense if you didn't see my post to the ICON digest on 12/6/09. Therein I lamented the fact that I had hoped to retire on the proceeds from the sale of this one-of-a-kind piece of Americana, but then the discussion of fake arrowheads in wooden Wade covers on that same forum had me beginning to feel that maybe, just possibly, sarcasm intended, this insulator was not legitimate. Oh, and Brent Burger says he'd like to see an arrow shot at every CD 128 ever made...
