For Trade: U-701 speciman! Has large section of skirt missing. G.E. dry process, 16-18 of these known in the hobby with about 1/3 of them having damage to the skirts. Circa 1890-1895. This is the earliest US made power porcelain insulator. Used in only 2 places: the Baltic-Taftville line, Connecticut and the Folsom-Sacramento line, California. This is a personal find along the Folsom line. I do have skirt shards that this piece could be repaired by one of our ace restorers in the hobby. No matter how many Freds, New Lex or Imperials you have, this is older. Here's a chance to have a true piece of American power history for a simple trade!
