I need help identifying this large Hi-Top Thomas. It is pictured with the bottom revealed and a steel pin. It measures approximately 5 " across the base, 3-7/8" across the top, and is 5-3/4" in height. It appears to be a newer Thomas, since the marking is unusual. It has two skirts. What is the U number for this piece? As you can see it is a hefty piece.
