Lou Boersma is a long time collector from Armstrong B.C., while son Alan hails from Calgary. Actually, it was Alan who tipped his dad off about the Insulator Ranch. Driving down Coldwater road one day, Alan spotted all my insulators out in the field. He telephoned his dad saying "there's some guy in Merritt with a field full of insulators, you gotta see this" In July, Lou and his wife stopped by for a visit, and last Saturday Lou and Alan came to the show.
