As you can see most of the skirt is missing, but the upper 2/3 is in exceptional condition. A good example of the Cal. Elec. Works (CD 130). This was dug in a Utah privy and the first I've heard of being found around here. I guess it pays to be an insulator collector with friends who dig for bottles - they are more than happy to give you broken insulators!
