These are model number 1003 fireplugs, and I suspect all 3 are made by UNIVERSAL. The left hand unit is marked PAT. PEND., while the middle unit is marked PATENTED [over] APRIL 12 1910. The right hand unit is a bit of a mystery, as it does have the PATENTED / APRIL 12 1910, on the reverse side, but does not have the same front side configuration as all other UNIVERSAL marked pieces.

This has a vertically recessed area, where as UNIVERSAL pieces are usually horizonally recessed You will see this difference in the next picture.

The right hand chocolate brown is confirmed as a UNIVERSAL piece, with the UNIVERSAL name turned on end
