This is the same installation as seen a few photos down that I just posted. This was taken at a nice vantage point clearly showing how six-inch diameter suspension insulators were spliced in-line for fusing. I think these cutouts have well under 100A fuses in them since there about 50 residences connected to the load side of the above switching.
