I think there is a driveway under all the ice and broken limbs. The old pickup truck got through the storm unscathed, nothing big fell on it. Power knocked out for almost a week. It took me a few days to clear it out well enough to find the driveway and front walk to the front door, and make the yard at least semi-accessible for the oil delivery guy amd for safety considerations.

As they say, every cloud (and ice storm) has a silver lining. In May 2009, I hired a crew to clean up all the damage and downed trees & branches (it was extensive). One of the guys bought my truck (I sold it cheap) and another ended up buying my house in August 2009! So there was some good to come out of all of that.
