This Salamander Patent LRI has a strange sorta Vaseline color to it. Odd in any insulator, but seriously unusual in LRIs. No, it's not mint condition, but sometimes you take what you can get! Acquired in the late 1990s. Used on a two story brick home that was converted to apartments. A fire escape was added, and the Salamanders were removed.
