Yesterday, we were driving down a road that occupies the former right of way of an electric trolley line that was abandoned in the 1920s. My son saw a broken insulator from the car window as we drove by, so we pulled over and took a look. It was a badly fractured top of an HG Co. CD 145. This morning we went back and while driving down the road, I saw the top of an insulator sticking out of the ground. We pulled over, and this time found the tops of two insulators sticking out of the ground. See the next picture for the rest of the story: [id=225404432]
