The 66 Maser Cannon is the lighting tanks that show up in all of the Godzilia movies of the late 1960's and 1970's. They first came to do battle with the monster Green Garugatua in the 1966 movie War of the Guarguatas. They atack by shooting lighting breams out of the dishes on the trailers they pull in back of them them. They get their power to atack the monsters by sending someone to tap into the local power lines. It is why they are always are next to power lines in the movies.
