This bracket also would accept both a standard threaded insulator and also the composite rams horn insulator. The top of the bracket is drilled and threaded to receive the bottom threaded portion of the the rams horn insulator. The base of this bracket is drilled to receive screws or wire to mount it to the side of a pole or other flat surface. I have seen only one other of this type bracket.
