Zoltan Drinoczi posted a great picture of a 400kV line tower [id=214299122]. The line ends abruptly at the Hungarian border. The tower seemed immense and I was prompted to build a model. It seemed to me that this tower was a lot "beefier" than the ones we normally encounter over here. The model stands 12 cm tall but the actual tower is 45.8 meters (150+ feet)
