Various photos of abandoned pole line along former GM&O Railroad between Joliet and Carlinville, taken from Amtrak's Texas Eagle in August 2007. Most, if not all, of these pole lines have now been removed. I didn't see any particularly rare insulators, but open wire pole lines are becoming so rare that I wanted to have a little more documentation of that part of insulator history.
