MO-PAC poles with 2 comm wires on top

This 1959 photo shows both examples of how the MO-PAC mounted these wires. The nearest pole has 2 sidepins while the others behind the train have a 3rd 10' crossarm. Other photos taken arround this time period i have show the 3rd crossarm was used extensively, possibly when the pole was replaced as the examples (with space for a 3rd crossarm) that still exist today are newer than the ones with sidepins. This photo was taken from the platform of the Osage City depot (the poles are still there).
