This early tower line runs from Ballston Spa New York to Mechanicville, N.Y. the single surviving circuit is now operated @ 32 kV for local distribution service. the insulator on the lower left arm is a big Thomas . The line was suposidly built in 1907. here is a link to one of the origional insulators from this line [id=194800899]. I found allot of fragments of insulators under the towers that had electrically punctured in service
