Lis and Jim Bergman were in France again this summer. Among the insulators brought back were the 5 porcelains shown above. I had never seen such a neat a set of marker insulators, nor had I ever seen an insulator with a diagonal stripe. The identical style insulators came with one plain white, the 3 horizontal stripes and the diagonal stripe. Lis and Jim found 3 sets of these while on their last European trip, and I was fortunate enough to have them leave one set in the "Insulator Field" in Merritt. Do you know of any other insulators with a diagonal stripe?
