The conversation discretely changes from contriving to something a little more neutral as I approach for photographs. "Hey!" says Cliff amiably. From left to right; Cliff MacMinn, all the way from Port Sydney, Ontario - way up north (though not as far north as Andy Smith, who also attended), Kyle Waters admiring an early Canadian 145, and Ted Wilush, staring Cliff down for nearly revealing their hidden plot to clear my house of any and all insulators.

Ted is a formidable collecting force similar in age to Kyle & my self. Some of you may remember him as the author of the "Magpie Line" article in CJOW, about the line that used blackglass brown's ponies out in the great wilderness of mountainous Canada. It's good to see someone else under the age of 20 as crazy as we are. Great to have you here, Ted!

Cliff stuck around after the show for an informal tour of the grounds, and a bit of a hunt with Ontario threadlessiers extraordinaire, Mike & Debbie. This was the first time He had attended a S.W.O.I.S., and it was great to have him here!
