Okay, so here's a close-up of the marking. Notice the small notch in the upper right side of the circle (2 o'clock) around "LI". I remember the porcelain books decode the mark based on the notch to determine its mfr date. Paul Greaves informs me its 1925. David Dahle sees a mark at 9 o'clock which he interprets to be 1925. Apparently there is a notch on the "I" as well which indicates the first quarter of the year. Thanks to Paul & David.
