Something Debbie found in a box of stuff in the garage today. It is embossed "F.E. Co. Chi." around the top, and it looks like "PAT'D 9-11-06" or perhaps 86. We are guessing either a fuse or another style of wall insulator. Any help? See the next two pictures for more views. Thanks!
