Another result of 70-75 mph winds that blew through the Insulator Ranch on Tuesday night. Temps had been in the above freezing range for days, when suddenly the winds began and the thermometer began to plummet. Wind blew at 40-45 most of the afternoon and evening, but through the hight it howled. Some places reported gusts to 90 mph, but I don't think we had it that bad. Still in all, this is not the display I had in mind when I set it up. When the ground thaws, I'll get busy and straighten things out, but for now, it's time for another cup of coffee.
