Pin threading jig, side view

Here is the side view of the jig. You can clearly see the ramp the pin slides down as it's being threaded. This is to accomodate for the taper in the thickness of the pin. The pin is kept horizontal as it slides down the ramp so the thread depth is the same over the entire length of the threaded portion. The router sits on the platform above.
