the display to the left now has a new arm, the supervisor told the legal guy to let me keep one arm, on the conditions that I didn't use it for anything energized, and they also let me keep all the bolts and hardware I had gathered, and the insulators I pulled out of the dumpster. By the way, they do not seel their stuff for scrap, #1 it has the name of the disposal company (which does not buy scrap) and I was also told by the supervisor it goes to the dump. they do not do anything to keep people out of their dumpsters, they just leave it sit out in the open on city owned (PUBLIC) property right next to the road, like an empty lot the city has bought due to road widening which the house would be too close to the road.
