High voltage tower, different

This is the most complicated that I have noticed. It would be interesting to know why this design was chosen over other conventional designs.

Hard for me to describe.

the base is turned 45 degrees which centeres two legs directly under the power lines and uses the other two legs, located to the outside of either side of the lines, mainly to balance the tower.

lots of geometry going on in the center section.
