Pardon the poor graphic... This was an attempt to show the difference in thread pitch between [id=138550616; this pole step] No 7129 (top photo) and [id=138489744; this pin] (bottom photo). How or if this is significant I don't know... The lower photo clearly has a much steeper pitch.
