Here's a piece I pulled while out hunting with some collecting buddies a few months ago. The exemplary defect of this insulator's production was visible right away, and a few oohs and ahs could be heard as the three of us admired it in the wild. I've found a few of these extended inner skirt CD 152s before, as well as a few CD 145s, but this No. 48 is by far the best example I own. The piece has quite a lot of dome glass, as well!
