Another double use insulator. Some believe this insulator was designed for the extremely rare instances of where power and telephone wires would require an extremely close proximity. Why they would do this is beyond me. Since it's size is smaller than it's Mickey Mouse big brother, this specimien has been dubed a "Minnie Mouse."
