Since K-Line is a Canadian insulator manufacture, I suppose this one falls into this category of foreign insulators. This is a Silicone rubber post insulator which has a core made from a tough fiberglass rod. The end fittings are crimped to the rod creating a permanent connection. These units are the Cadillac of all polymer insulators.
