With reference to my post about cleaning insulators on July 16, this is the Autosol chrome polish paste that I refer to. As said in the post, it works really good in polish the insulators, regardless if being of glass or porcelain. It is especially good for removing some type of wire marks, where the wire has "slipped" over the insulator surface and left a thin layer of metal, sort of. These marks won't come off with muriatic acid, but Autosol and a lot of rubbing will get the wire mark removed. I can really recommend this product; some of my European collector friends have tried it out and are very, very pleased with the result! // Fredrik
