Well, yes, it's definately a Bubbly/Fizzy CD 106 Hemingray No 9 with a little amber in it too (in the front). It looks better in person than in the photo. Oh, but do you notice the embossing error in the back? There is no "2" in PATENT / MAY 2 1893 !!! (this is listed as the [340] embossing) Also the N in Hemingray is backwards too... but the missing "2" is what really makes it special....
