Here is a 69,000 volt 600 amp rated air break disconnect switch made in 1961 by the A.B. Chance Industries. The switch was in service through May of 2005 at a Carrizo Springs Texas substation. It was removed so that the station could get upgraded motor operated type air break switches. The switch was donated to me by the substation maintenance group of the local electric cooperative. They knew that I like the older switch stuff so they gave me a call once it was removed.
