On the left is a Kerr DP1 flat top made in Millville, NJ circa 1972. On the right is a similar insulator not made in Millville, dated 1978. A close examination of the photo will show that the 1978 flat top has a slightly more rounded profile than the 1972 example at the edge of the flat expanse of the dome.
