Picture does not do justice to this awesome carnival Hemingray 19!!! Embossed on the front skirt is HEMINGRAY-19/0-4 and on the rear MADE IN U.S.A./1. Small 3/8 inch chip/flake to the bottom of the outer skirt, small flea bite next to that, and some minor nibbling/chipping to the mold line on the bottom of the outer skirt. Also has some minor flaking to the inner skirt. A thin line of carnival coating has been rubbed off on the outer skirt in two places. Round drip points are in perfect condition.
